Build Season Pep Talk 2

Hello teams and welcome to week 2! I hope you have all been traveling safely to and from your respective work sites! With our western New York weather please make sure that you are staying safe! Do not put yourself in danger for your robot!!! (Enough with the lecture… anyways…)

Hopefully by now you have been able to read through the game manual, come up with a few strategies and maybe even gotten started prototyping and designing… maybe even building? Make sure you are checking out the updates to the game manual located under “Team Updates” on this page:  http://www.firstinspires.org/resource-library/frc/competition-manual-qa-system. It’s important that all of your mentors and team members understand the rules. If you have any questions please make sure you get them answered! Glen, Ron, and I are all here for you, so do not wait until the last minute to ask a question!

If you have any pictures of your team working I would love to be able to compile them at the end of build season… and if you aren’t taking pictures, you should start! Documenting the history of your team is oh so very important! Young or old it is important to have images for your future members to look at

Also, Glen already sent an e-mail about the Rochester Rally XII, but I figured I would put a little reminder here as well.
